Angie Hurst

Angela “Angie” Leigh Hurst, 52, of Corinth passed away on Saturday, December 10, 2022 at her home. Per Angie’s request, there will be NO services. Born October 23, 1970 in Booneville, MS., Angie was a factory worker and of the Baptist faith. She loved her family and friends and enjoyed camping, cooking, going to the beach and riding the back roads. Angie is survived by her mother, Brenda Wood; father, Larry Wayne Bell (Judy); sisters, Brooke Bell and Lainie Baker (Jed); step sisters, Amanda Caldwell (Joe), Kristen Wood and Candlin Grimes; nieces, Taylor Poindexter, Payton Tomlinson, Jaycee Tomlinson, Coley Baker, Morgan Burkeens (Anthony) and Jayden Wood; nephews, Asa Baker, Aiden Crider, Jon Tyler Grimes, Jax Maharrey, Braxton Benetiz and Kaden Wood; special great niece, Lila Drew Hester; aunt, Linda Howard; uncle, Jerry South (Wanda); best friend, Tracie Arnold; other relatives and a host of friends. She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Nell Heavner and Leroy South; paternal grandparents, Jewel and Wayne Meteer and C. B. Bell; step father; Gary “Tooney” Wood; soul mate and best friend, Dwight Hurst; aunt, Betty Morton; uncle, Jimmy South and cousins, Daniel Howard and Jennifer Bell.
