Funeral services for Alma W. Miller, 93, of Corinth are set for Saturday, January 27, 2024 at 2pm at Magnolia Funeral Home - SOUTH on HWY 45 South with interment in MT Vernon Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, January 26, 2024 from 5pm-8pm and Saturday, January 27, 2024 from 12pm -2pm at Magnolia Funeral Home - SOUTH. Bro. Charles Stephenson and Bro. Ron Mitchell will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Brad Butler, Jeremiah Faulkner, Chris Leonard, Brad Harris, Logan Arnold, Cole Butler, Noah Essary and Drew Warford. Born August 7, 1930 in Tiplersville, MS to the late Claude H. and Lauverna Holloway Wilbanks, Alma passed away on Monday, January 22, 2024 at her home in Corinth. She was the middle child of 9 and learned at an early age to work, cook and take care of others. She loved the Lord foremost, her family, working in her flowers and cooking. Alma raised 6 children and many others. Her home was always open and there was always food to be ate. She was a homemaker and a member of South Corinth Baptist Church. Those left to cherish Alma's memory include her son, Johnny Wayne Miller; daughters, Tina Arnold (David), Velva Faulkner (Ronnie Stewart) and Kammy McLemore (Roger Crow); son-in-law, Jackie Butler; 6 grandchildren, Brad Butler (Melissa), Jessica Harris (Brad), Katie Leonard (Chris), Jeremiah Faulkner (Whitney), Danielle Warford (Drew) and Lauren Killough; 15 great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. She is preceded in death by her parents; her 1st husband, Warren Miller; 2nd husband, Luell Worley Miller; son, Warren Dural Miller; daughter, Dorita Kay Butler; son-in-law, Cary McLemore; brothers, Virgil Wilbanks, William Orville Wilbanks, Howard Wilbanks, her twin, Alva Wilbanks, Gaylon Wilbanks, Bobby Wilbanks and Melvin Wilbanks; and her sister, Capitola Strickland.
