Mr. Garcia was a retired U S Marine veteran of World War II, who landed on Okinawa on April 1, 1945 and was stationed on Midway Island during the Battle of Midway. He loved fishing, traveling, visiting and cooking out with his friends and family and was an avid Dallas Cowboy fan.
